On Wednesday, August 15, 5-8 PM the American Motorsports Bar and Grill in Cottage Grove, will have their regular Hot Rod Humpday event along with 2 special guests. Jim and Annie Whiteley will be there with their T/AD and T/FC cars. You can bring a car, too, eat, and hang out. |

Before I clicked on this topic, I thought it was going to be a criticism of the way some of us look at the track. I know that I like to dress comfortably when racing and don't shave on weekends. Others can't help it; they were born that way!
Seriously though, that is pretty cool of the Whiteleys and I drive right near the car bar on my way home from work, so I might have to stop in. Thanks for the heads-up!
