Posted - 05/29/2008 : 23:26:34 After seeing this "enhanced" payout one has to wonder how convienient it is after the fact to post this on their site under the payout chart? INCLUDING the new and "enhanced" 33-64 car cound payout chart for super classes, it is the same even up to 64 cars! how does this even work, at $110 dollars per entry with 64 cars, the track takes in $7040, pays out only 1000 to win and 500 to ru, 275 semis! it is the same with the exception of adding a round payout for the 4th round. Plus were is the scale under 32 cars? 16 or so, this wouldn't be hard to figure out and post for everyone to see! We're not trying to win the lottery here, but not trying to get taken advantage of Thanks Brian Zenzen

Posted - 06/04/2008 : 16:04:48 I would love to, Ron, but my investment potential would best be described as "limited." Plus I don't like to work that hard. I have raced some Sportsman but only with a throttle stop involved.
Maybe I can come play in your sandbox someday.

Posted - 06/04/2008 : 13:41:39 Can someone refresh my memory why a 3rd round loss in Bracket 3 is worth less than half of a 3rd round loss in Bracket 1/2 when the entry is the same?
Or why 40 cars pays significantly less total in Bracket 3 than the same number of cars in Bracket 1/2 when the entry is the same?
Or why Sportsman classes receive more than their entry fee back for 3rd round loss when all other classes receive less? Some (Bracket 3 again) less than half!

Posted - 05/30/2008 : 16:17:56 The way I see it... As the car count goes up, the money should go near the top. The round money should stay the same. If there are 50 cars and you lose 2nd round it is the same as losing second round with 150 cars. The difference is, the winner has to go extra rounds to win the race so he/she should be rewarded for it.

Posted - 05/30/2008 : 13:45:43 Steve, you are trying to apply logic in the "No Logic Zone." Keep that stuff off the BIR section of the forum, and probably off the internet entirely!
TL - Just realized I am wearing my 1995 ET Finals "Team BIR" shirt today.

Posted - 05/30/2008 : 10:47:01 how can the sportsman classes pay $1000 to win with good round money at 32 cars, but it takes 85 cars to pay $1000 with almost half the round money in bracket 1 & 2??? The $30 difference in entry is made up if there are 44 bracket cars.... |

Your room is ready at Internet Racer Forum Rehab.
I GIVE UP with BIR...they are going to do what they are going to do. No one from the track seems to care (can't even post here) anymore answering their CUSTOMER'S simple questions.
Good luck if you go up there next weekend...I just might relax and go fishing.
