My understanding is that if you are running a class that is 8.00 seconds and slower that if you dial an 8.00 and run a 7.99 you break-out and are disqualified. However, if your opponent breaks out as well but you are closer to your dial than you win even though it is quicker than the class. Correct?

My understanding is that you can run a 7.99 and not be disqualified if no rules are broken. (License, Window Net, Chassis Cert, etc.) For example: 7.90 is the ET Break for Jr. Dragsters, correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you can run a 7.8X, and proceed to round number next with the win.
