Congrats Brian on your S/SS Combo WIN this past Sunday at the BEST track in Division 5!
Keep it up next week at the Lucas Oil Divisional!!!
I have no idea why the ET Finals have never been run here...it's the most 'central' track in Div 5, and can hold more cars than you can bring.
BTW---heard you even got paid before you had the cars loaded?!?! Gotta LOVE tracks that like racers to be there.

It's a pretty nice feeling 20 mins after the final, holding a check in my hand straight from the owner.. what a great weekend! a great track, 3 time trials each day, efficently run! AND 90 dollars a day to enter, 40 cars paid 1050 to win!!! |

Congrats, Brian!
It is nice when Reed drives the check and ladder sheet right to your trailer.
Travis, I don't know how Tri-State could be considered anywhere near "most-central" in D5. The old Nebraska Motorplex probably fit that description best.

Tony---Nebraska Motorplex is no longer, as you are well aware. I'm going by what we have in the Division that can currently hold the car count. You pretty much have Denver, Topeka, Tri-State, Cordova and BIR. The other thing I fell that would make Tri-State the prime place is the fact that the Lucas Oil Divisional event is there the week before the E.T. Finals. All the Division 5 equipment is already there---saving travel expenses.

You are right that all of the big tracks are on the perimeter of the division. I'd have to say Topeka is probably "most central" of them all for the simple fact that the Colorado and MN racers end up with about the same drive.
