Travis when is the last time you've ever been to "The Creek" ??? Honestly in the last 3-years they have almost replaced, rebuilt or changed everything on the tracks proporty one way or another. When it 1st opened in 1987 it goes without saying it was was a deathtrap/****hole!!! But in recent years they have paved all the pit roads, built a brand new tower, added lots of new lighting, new lcd scorboards & concrete walls, new aluminum bleachers, added to the shut down area, ect, ect. need I say more?? Hope to see you there soon so stop your whinning it's a great place to race !!!! |

Harry---
I was there for 4 events last season.........including the MDRA race in June. The track itself is ruffer than Division St. in St. Cloud. Someone is gonna get hurt there sooner or later...that's all I'm worried about. I've heard rummors for the past two years that the owner was going to smooth out and repave the track---honestly, just wondering where that project stands!!!
The one thing I DO really like about the Grove is that they PAY YOU in cash before you leave.
See ya in Staging!!! |

Opps sorry Travis I miss understood what you were revering too!!! Your right the rough bumpy track surface at The Creek is about the only thing that hasn't been fixed, replaced or rebuilt at one time or another and is long overdue to be completed (seeing is believing). Anyone out there reading this in cyberspace know how many cars have crashed there because of this bad track condition since 1987 when it 1st opened with Ted Smith at the helm??? Trust me Travis I know first hand about how rough Div. street in St.Cloud is!!! I stumbled out of the famous Martini bar not too long ago (after 5 AppleTinis)& immediatly hit the street hard face down!!! I don't remember much after that untill I woke up in the back of a Cloudy-Town Police cruiser with Officer Zenzen telling me how lucky I was to be alive and from now on I need to enjoy in moderation & maybe stick to Hieniken Beers LOL |

| Jeff Lanoue had some problems there last year and Keith Lundberg got about 3 feet of air after the finish line and went into the grass. |

| It doesn't make sense to tear the shut down area up. Just pave over the top of it. |
