Darren, that is a Heads Up 1/8 mile drag radial small tire stock style suspension outlaw "street car" organization.
Midwest Drag Radial Assc. they run in the eastern WI area and I believe the races this year will be at Union Grove in WI.

It was just weird that on their site you see MDRA all over it ... I only know 1 MDRA, OK now 2.
