The Association is self- governed by an elected Board of Directors,
which will consist of at least 9 but not more than 19 positions,
whose term of office will be two years.
Elections are held at a general membership meeting (usually the Awards Banquet).
Nominations for a vacant office may be submitted to the Board 30 days prior to the election.
Only current MDRA members attending the membership meeting may participate in voting.
Membership meetings will be held during the Awards Banquet,
the dates of which will be announced by the Board and printed in the Association newsletter prior to the meeting date.
Board of Directors meetings are held monthly and are open for attendance by Association members.
