| Russ,have you noticed that BIR is raising the general admission fees? Someone coming in late Friday night to "drop a trailer", and get back in Saturday and Sunday has to pay $35 plus their race entry fee. One bracket entry totals $95, one trophy entry is $60! Maybe you could get them to not charge $10, per person, to leave a car Friday night, for example. Also, could you have them put the Jackpot Formula on their website? Whatever changes come from the committee could you put it on the forum if it's alright with BIR? Thanks,Jim |

| A lot of things were covered, in about 4 1/2 hours, BIR will be posting on their web site with points covered, that should include a jackpot formula example. I was told that some of the people going in to just drop off trailors did not come back out, so now when you come to the gate you pay. |

| There were alot of things covered at the meeting, BIR is in the process of putting the notes together to put them on their website for review, then we will meet again in April to discuss the feedback. |

| In the interest of accuracy it's time for a little update from the post of three weeks ago. BIR has also raised the Racer Entry Fee another $5.00 for Super Pro, Pro and Sportsman E.T. OK, not everyone is bothered by high entry fees, after all it is a small part of the costs to race. But, what sure seem to be the highest entry fees in the country for a regular weekend can't help get new blood into the sport which it sorely needs. |

| We were originally asked to meet on Jan 7 or Jan 8 because they were going on vacation and would not be available to meet again until some time in Feb. So... I imagine that it will probably be in Feb. when the information from the meeting will be available. |

| It depends when you come in the gate. Entry fees for each class haven't changed but the price per person changed which has more effect on people who bring a large group. |

| Yes they have they went from 60.00 to 65.00 to enter pro and super pro. Plus the gate fee went up 5.00 Also electric is doubling this year. 10.00 a day |

Box: Follows Super Pro rules. $40 buy backs after first round only. (Time permitting. Monies split 50% track 50% purse) Cross talk is ON
Payout using jackpot formula
No Box: Follows Pro Rules $40 buy backs after first round only. (Time permitting. Monies split 50% track 50% purse)

Buybacks: Driver must run round 1 to buy back into round 2. Must be same car.
only the Sat. gambler races have a first round buy back and not on Sundays points race or Consolation race.

Sundays payouts remain the same in 2012 with the Shootout Bonus bucks.
$2000 to win for Super Pro / Pro ET.
Bracket 3 (Sportsman) Pays $750. |
